Project Start Up

After an official award has been received by JCSU and before any work has been done on the project, a Project Start Up meeting should be held. This will be attended by a GSPAR budget specialist and by the Principal Investigator (PI). The items that will be discussed at this meeting include the following:

GSPAR’s goal is for the award to be programmatically and administratively managed as efficiently as possible. The Project Start Up meeting will assist the (PI) and the GSPAR office in reaching this mutually beneficial goal.
